Hey y'all!

Here is Josef Tobiáš's birth record. He was born illegitimate, but the parents married afterwards and his father's name was written in the register in a second hand.

I would like to transcribe this document correctly. I understand the *general* meaning of the words. It is a confession that Jan Tobiáš witnesses before the farář, or vicar, that he is the legal father of Josef. I would love a word by word transcription of the legalese.
