I need help transcribing the witnesses in this wedding entry from 04.02.1704

Starting in line 4, I read:

Truhaz means carpenter/Tischler, right?

truhlář = Tischler, but the word here is trubač = Trompeter

One question also arise: "Hegitmany Neziareczky"
What does "Hegitmany" means, I thought that this should be Hejtman, i.e. Hauptmann?

Yes, that's what it should mean, although I'm a bit confused, because the word "nežárecký" refers to Nežárka and that is a river, not a town. So while I can confirm your translation is correct, I can't really help with the meaning.
Maybe it was a colloquial term which referred to Hauptmänner of Jindřichův Hradec. The local castle is located on the river banks after all.
