Po netrpělivém čekání se "Podpora" konečně ozvala, ale neradí mi nic nového, než to, co jsem zkoušel už asi snad patnáctkrát. Všechny body, které uvádí, abych zkontroloval, jsou samozřejně v pořádku. Nehledě k tomu, že jsem jim napsal, že program jsem do této chvíle úspěšně provozoval několik let, takže i to by jim mělo napovědět, že ke změně jednotlivých složek nedošlo. No nic. Slušně jsem Nirovi poděkoval a myslím si, že už se se mnou nebudou obtěžovat.
Není to škoda, protože škoda je, když chcípnou králíci, a není to ani katastrofa, protože katastrofa je, když spadne letadlo (jak říkával můj kolega).

I can see your screenshot regarding the folder error message.
This usually happens when the Family Tree Builder (FTB) software is installed in a path where the system cannot recognize it.
Please make sure the following:
1. The FTB software is installed under your C drive.
2. Your C drive is located in an internal hard drive and not in a cloud drive or an external drive.
3. Your Documents folder is located under your C drive.
Once you have checked the points above, uninstall the FTB from the Windows app removal and re-install it as admin in the following way:
1. Close the Family Tree Builder, in case it's open.
2. Click on the following link and on the page that opens, click on Free Download to download the installation file:
https://www.myheritage.com/family-tree-builder3. Locate the installation file on your computer and right-click on it.
4. Click on Run as administrator from the context menu and then click on Yes.
5. Follow the instructions of the wizard to complete the installation process.
