Dobrý den,

prosím o pomoc s přečtením následujícího zápisu:

Rozumím, že jsou zde dva zápisy ze dne 13.6.1674.
Oba dva zápisy se týkají Thomase Stacha z Kochanovské rychty.
Myslím, že v prvním zápisu Thomas Stach platí sumu peněz Georgu Sailerovy. V druhém zapíše je pak také zmíněn Nikolas Sailer.

Myslim, že Georg a Nikolas Sailer byli příbuzní, ale nevím, jeslti je něco v textu zmíněno o tomhle příbuzenském vztahu?

Hi,

In 1673, Georg SAILER purchased Hans STACH's Chaluppe. Hans STACH had previously purchased it from his uncle Philipp STACH. Thomas STACH was Philipp STACH's brother and was entitled to the inheritance money (because Hans STACH owed Philipp STACH money). However, Thomas STACH was incapacitated (not in control of his senses) and the judge Georg KOSCHLER administered the payments to Thomas STACH in trust. In 1674, Nikolaus SAILER borrowed 40 Gulden from these inheritance funds, which were due to Thomas STACH, for which he also had to pay interest.
Georg SAILER and the judge Georg KOSCHLER were named as guarantors for Nikolaus SAILER.
Georg SAILER was certainly related to Nikolaus SAILER, otherwise he would not have stood as guarantor for him, but the text does not specify exactly how they were related.

Vím, že v Kochanovske rychtě žil Nikolaus Sailer (Saller) (~1600-~1650), který měl také syna Nikolause (~1631-1731). Nevím, jestli zmiňovaný Georg Sailer (Saller) byl bratr Nikolause juniora a nebo syn Nikolause seniora.

Všiml jsem si, že je zde také zápis z 26.4.1684…

… který zase zmiňuje oba Georga a Nikolause…

Nechci vám zabírat mnoho času, ale můžete se jen rychle podívat jestli zde není zmíněno něco a jejich příbuzenském vztahu?

This is very helpful!
I am aware that in Kocheter gericht lived Nikolaus Sailer (Saller) (~1600-~1650). He had a son, also Nikolaus (~1630-1731).
I wondered whether the above mentioned Georg Sailer (Saller) was the son of Nikolaus senior or the brother of Nikolaus junior...

I've noticed another entry in the book, from 26.4.1684…

... which mentiones both Georg and Nikolaus.

Without taking too much of your time... can you have a very quick look to see if there is any mention of the relation (e.g., father, brother son...)?

It does not mention exactly who is related to whom, but it can be assumed that Georg SAILER have had five adult children: Christoph, Matthäus, Nikolaus, Katharina and Maria.

1st deposit 1686_40 Gulden, of which Christoph SAILER and Matthäus SAILER each receive 20 Gulden
2nd deposit 1687_25 Gulden: receives Nikolaus SAILER
1st inheritance Gulden 1687_20 Gulden: Christoph SAILER receives 10 Gulden for “Einsitz” (the right of residence) and 5 Gulden as his inheritance, the remaining 5 Gulden are received by Matthäus SAILER
2nd Inheritance Gulden 1688_35 Gulden: belonging to daughter Katharina, of which 30 Gulden are offset against the buyer Paul NOWAK for clothing and food, the remaining 5 Gulden are paid in cash to Katharina

Děkuji mnohokrát za informace!

Tohle velmi pomohlo. Jak vidím tak Nikolaus byl tedy syn Georga. Předpokládám tedy, že Nikolaus z prvního záznamu byl synem Georga.

Je jen málo záznamů týkajících se Georga Sallera. Tenhle záznam je tedy velmi důležitý neboť podává detailní informace o jeho dětech!

This has been very helpful! I have only found very few details about Georg Saller. This record therefore gives me a lot of information about his children! It also shows that Nikolaus was the son of Georg.
