Přečetl jsem si následující:

Von dieser Summe erhält sein Sohn Michael S. wegen dem Testament im Voraus 92 Floren?

I am sending, what I’ve read. It won’t be perfect but I hope, it might help a little. Unfortunately, I don’t speak German, so I can’t check your interpretations. I tried to transfer the text into modern Czech. However, in some cases, I’m not sure (3., 6. and 7.).

1. Zte Sumy Synu Tehož Michala SSyrera na pržed pržed Nápadnyky ginymy gemu naležj wzyti 92 F[loren]
Z té sumy synu téhož Michala Šírera napřed před nápadníky jinými jemu náleží vzíti 92 zlatých.
= Syn Michala Šírera získává ze sumy 92 zlatých před ostatními věřiteli (jako první)

2. Dyl Ewyn, Totiž tiech 165 F[loren] 20 g[rošů] berau Yustyna Sestra gegj 94 F[loren] 20 g[rošů]
Díl Evin, totiž těch 165 zlatých, 20 grošů berou
= Evin díl byl 165 zlatých, 20 grošů
Justýna, sestra její - sestra Evy - (získává) 94 zlatých, 20 grošů

Též Justýně, co po Evě, sestře své, 94 zlatých grošů a dílu svého 165 zlatých, 10 grošů získává, (to dohromady) činí sumu 260 zlatých
= Justýna získává svůj díl a díl po své sestře, to dohromady činí 260 zlatých.

6. Tiech 260 fl. gest od ny Kaupeno za 86 fl. A z Duchoduw W.K.M. od Yana Austkeho Pjsarže Duchodnjho Zaplaczeno.
Těch 260 zlatých jest od ní koupeno za 86 zlatých a z důchodu ??? od Jana Austkého, písaře důchodního zaplaceno.
I’m not sure, how to interpret it.

7. Balczarowy Kropffowy Czo wyplatil a po Ewie Dczeržj Michala Ssgrera Napadu gemu Naležielo 174 F[loren] 20 g[rošů]
Balcarovi Kropffovi, co vyplatil, a po Evě, dceři Michala Šírera, nápadu (podílu) jemu náleželo 174 zlatých, 20 grošů.
= Balcarovi Kropffovi náleželo to, co dostal vyplaceno,??? a náležel mu podíl po Evě, dceři Michala Šírera.

8. Kterežto penjze za neayaky dluh Michal Ssyrer przigal 11 F[loren]
Kteréžto peníze za nějaký dluh Michal Šírer přijal, 11 zlatých
Probably: Michalovi Šírerovi někdo vrátil dluh 11 zlatých.

to point 3:
This should be debt for beer (Pewa), but by whom, the former judge?

to point 6:
If I have understood you correctly, Justina received money for herself and her sister Eva, not the other way round (Eva for Justina).
Těch 260 zlatých jest od ní koupeno za 86 zlatých a z důchodu ??? od Jana Austkého, písaře důchodního zaplaceno.
As far as I know, this is a sale of receivables. The landlord bought the claim of 260 Floren for 86 Floren cash (approx. 30% of the claim). Johann Aust was only the court clerk who had paid out the money. That would be a normal process at this time. is that right?
to point 7:
I understand that now. Balthasar KROPF has received his paid share (which was 104 Floren) and the remaining share, which was deducted from Eva SCHÜRER's inheritance (daughter of Michael SCHÜRER), 70 Floren 20 Groschen, in total 174 Floren 20 Groschen.

I’m glad that it helped. I think, I figured the point 3 out. In my opinion, there is written:
A Karel Kropff bere 70 F[loren] 20 g[rošů] Kterež se sycze Mezy Sumu gjm Prwe na tež Rychtie naležitau pržj Kládagj,

which means that they had been paying the money at the town hall (na tež Rychtie = na též rychtě). Karel Kropff had some money before (sumu gjm Prwe naležitau) and he recieved another money (70 Floren, 20 grošů), which was added to his former money (Kterež se sycze Mezy Sumu gjm Prwe naležitau pržj Kládagj = Které se k sumě, co mu prve náležela, přidávají). I don’t think, it tells anything about beer (pivo), it wouldn’t fit the context.

Point 5 - Yes, Justýna receieves money for Eva (Justýna bere po Evě).

Thank you again for your explanations. The content of this document is now much easier to understand.

The unresolved point 4 with "penize Rolny" can only mean a list of the account balances, i.e. how many "Erbgulden / zděděné peníze" Michael SCHÜRER still had to receive, i.e. 3 annual payments of 24 Floren each. It is not an orphan register, as I initially thought.

The issue is now resolved.
