I found this note for an individual I am researching. It is from her baptismal record. As I am not a native speaker, I cannot decipher what is being noted. Can someone please help? See the attached image, or visit this link:

According to the letter of the Duchcov district office from 18th June 1921 changed (or more likely: "defected") to the Czechoslovak Hussite Church
(probably could be translated better, but I can't think of any better translation)

Thank you for the information! I think the best word for a religious term is "converted."

Some follow up questions: Do you know if any Hussite Church records are available online for that time period? This birth was in Osek (Teplice). Was that in the Duchov district?

And one more thing...as I think of it, I'd say the name of the church was lost (or more likely – I lost it myself) in the translation a bit... Just to make things clear, there were two different churches with similar names. Církev československá husitská and Českobratrská církev evangelická. Both of them were established after the WW1 and both trace their origin back to the Hussite reformers (and Jan Hus). Brudergemeinde should be the second one, Českobratrská církev evangelická.

Anyways, yes, there are books even for Duchcov's Brudergemeinde church. You just have to choose "Matriky" (https://imgur.com/a/aLSZg74) and then in "Původce" choose the parish you want to search in. Here it's "Duchov, sbor církve českobrat. evang., Duchcov" (https://imgur.com/a/n85tqqK). There is one death records book for the years 1925-1936, you may find her death record in there. Osek was about three miles north of Duchcov.
