Hallo,
leider spreche und verstehe ich nicht die Sprache meiner mährischen Vorfahren. Die Familien Gecžmen und Mašlaň lebten im 17. bis 19. Jahrhundert in Police u Valašského Meziříčí (Pohlitz) und in Dolní Těšice (Untertieschitz) und waren dort Erbrichter (fojta). In einigen Urkunden finde ich ihre Namen: ´ Kniha kupů, testamentů a svatebních smluv pro rychtáře, mlynáře, kováře a sedláky´ und ´ Registra diediny obojich Tiessicz purkrechtni k zapisovani penez wejrunkowych Letha1650´. Es geht um die testamentarische Übertragung des Erbrichteramtes vom Vater auf den Sohn.
Wer kann mir bei der Übersetzung helfen? Ausreichend für mich ist die Übersetzung der Überschrift und des ersten Satzes, vielleicht auch des ersten und zweiten Satzes.

Unfortunately I do not speak the language of my Moravian ancestors Gecžmen and Mašlaň. 20. 3. 1686: Václav Plesník from Kelč is marrying the widow of late reeve Ondřej and buying his (or, actually, her) Vogtei.
Detailed terms are discussed and many members of Ondřej's family are mentioned: his father's name was Martin, he had a brother named Jan (who died young), and the surviving members are his widow Kateřina (now marrying this Václav Plesník), his sons Václav and Matěj and his daughters Kateřina, Anna and Ester. Apparently, only two of these children are still living with their mother.

What does Vaclav Plesnik do in 1686?

20. 3. 1686: a detailed contract between Václav Plesník and his new wife (plus her two little children) regarding who will keep, use and take care of which part of the Vogtei's properties. One of the small children is confirmed as Václav, but - confusingly - both the mother-widow and her small daughter of the same name are quoted as Rosina, not Kateřina.
There are two later footnotes: the younger Rosina soon died; and all the family's debts (there were many in 1686) had been paid off by Plesník by 2.1.1711.

He has to pay This is his regular rent for a grassland (Wiese) he has rented from the Kelč dominion (die Herrschaft). It says: Pavel Gindruch z gedney luky tez pod rybnikem kladerubskym (in modern Czech: Pavel Jindruch z jedné louky též pod rybníkem kladerubským), "Pavel Jindruch for one piece of grassland downstream from the Kladeruby pond". He pays it on St. Wenceslas' day (28. 9.), it used to make 1 Gulden 12 Groschen, but it's 2 Gulden since 1658.

A very interesting book is ´Kronika obce Dolni Těšice´, an academical Paper by Jana Tvrdoňová, studentka Právnické fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci. I read it and I didn´t understand anything but I found the name of my ancestor Václav Mašlaň on pages 10 – 12.

The original text from 1777 ist in německý jazyk. It´s about socage.

Well, to be precise, it's not about socage (Zinsen, which are payments), but about serjeanty (Robothen, which are services, a labour). The whole of the document you're talking about (dated 18.09.1777) is a precise list of these services that every serf from Dolní Těšice had to perform. Supplemented to it is a special document of the same content (dated 30.09.1777), but this time specifically for Václav Mašlaň's Vogtei (house number 1); they didn't include it in the general list, since it wasn't a possession of a common serf, but a fief (Lehen).

He used to pay 26 gulden 40 Kreuzer in place of his services, but since he ultimately prefers the labour, he now pays only 4 Gulden 12 Kreuzer and performs obligatory services instead of the rest (specifically transporting his lord's cargoes with his own coach and horses). Besides that, his duties as a reeve are named: drawing beer from the lord's brewery, collecting payments from the village's serfs, taking part in meetings of the Herrschaft's officials once a week, announcing official news to the villagers, transporting millstones (if needed) and running sheepshearings. He gets nothing in turn.
And he was a "3/4láník" = "3/4lahner", a possessor of 0,75 Lahn of fields.
