Are you sure it is called like this?

The thing is: it was "velkostatek Uhříněves" since 1621 according to

(page 57 and 58, last sentence in article about Uhrineves)
"Státní oblastní archiv v Praze, Velkostatek Praha - Uhříněves, 631 knih z let 1621–1926, 454 kartonů aktového materiálu z let 1629–1927 a 59 kartografických
dokumentů z let 1715–1918. "

but no sign of the urbář being available.... I might be wrong, however.....
But to start with something, you could pass your question directly to Statni oblastni archiv (SOA): e-podatelna@soapraha.cz..... I assume in english as well.
