I think it's better for you to have a direct translation, than a transliteration.
Jaroslaw was born on 10th September 1908 (in the house number 503) and was baptised three days later by František Pořínek (parson). The midwife that was present during Jaroslaw's birth was Terezie Pásková from Dolní Bojanovice.
His father was:
Jan Pospíšil, owner of a small house
(that's probably the best translation I can think of) in Dolní Bojanovice, legitimate son of František Pospíšil, owner of a small house in Dolní Bojanovice, and of his wife Marie, daughter of Vavřin
(= Lorenz, Vavřinec) Červenka. /Jan Pospíšil was born on 27th December 1879/
His mother was:
Františka, legitimate daughter of Josef Kudrna, owner of a small house in Těšice, and of his wife Anna, daughter of Jan Doležal. /Františka Kudrna was born on 7th March 1884/
They got married on 6th November 1907.
Jaroslaw's godparents were Jan Líčeník and his wife Marie, peasants from Dolní Bojanovice.
My guess is that the very first word we couldn't read was "Dolni" – only the first half of the name "Dolní Bojanovice"
